Loved the flavours but i must say the potatoes took longer to cook than what the recipe stated. So by the spinach was too wilted by the time the potatoes cooked even though they were cut small and cubed. But very tasty on the whole. Next time I might have to par boil the potatoes slightly? Our potatoes in Australia could be the problem too.

I used what I had ie water and 🍅puree in place of a chopped 🍅, frozen spinach and whole wheat flour in place of besan, added a little extra spice from a chole spice mix as I'd run out of 🌶. The recipe was rated 10/10 and disappeared fast. Thank you.😊

This Sag Aloo looks very good…the most visually appealing on YouTube. I bet it tastes as good as it looks. Were the aloo cooked or raw? And were they waxy or floury? Every time I watch an Indian cooking video I have to buy a new ingredient….here…mango powder! This looks fab madamji….subscribed!

If you mash the Aloo Palak and fry in hot ghee or butter, you get Indian Bubble and Squeak. More spinach or cabbage would be good though.
