Its hard to find the mango powder but I found some freeze dried mango and I crushed it to powder lol it worked great
I add all of the same ingredients as you but I add red onions and mustard seeds it gives it more of a favorable taste to the amazing taste that it already has, try this you will love it with red onions and mustard seeds
