I pride myself in not having that much hate but I cannot like marmite. I bought a jar. I've been eating it for the past 3 days. Still not getting good to me
My ex told me that where he was from, in New Zealand they would put butter on the bread first then the marmite. Had to be made in NZ though, that is the best he said. I could see it going really well with Miyoko's unsalted butter and bread.
I'm surprised it was liked considering how it was used. I usually cover toast with a dairy free spread and then spread a tiny bit of yeast extract across the piece of toast. You only need a tiny bit since it's really flavoursome
It makes a good substitute for soy sauce or soup stock. That's how I've used it. During WW2 there was an American version called vegex… You can find recipes online for mixing up your own… I've seen older American vegetarian cookbooks that call for it in recipes.
Truffle was seriously the greatest Marmite combo of all time. Too bad it was limited edition.

She seems like a nice person and funny to hang out with
Is the yeast like nutritional yeast?
She's on the bottom end of the taste spectrum.
Marmite is more runny.
She should go buy it herself ๐๐๐
She'd go off in the sack.
Where can I get it in United States of America
Haha, I love her
Someone sent you the opened peanut butter one? ๐ ๐
Isnโt truffle not vegan (yes itโs a plant but it uses pig/dogs)
Good to see some Americans with the bottle to give it a fair tasting ๐ฌ๐ง ๐บ๐ธ ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ

So crazy! I didn't know there was a peanut butter version, but I love noodles with marmite and peanut butter, plus a few other ingredients.

Really been wanting to try these. I have a feeling I'll enjoy it.
Marmite and mustard on toast is lovely. I eat the chilli one so often regular marmite isnโt enough now. Try marmite roast potatoes โจ๐
