💚 Love you, mean it…………. love you long time now. I have been working this egg thing. in over the last. 6mos or so. truly good stuff
Vegan to my soul ….. such a good way to live.
Does this freeze well so you can make batches and keep them frozen until needed?
Wonderful, thank you!
every single vegan egg recipe online using mung beans has the texture of pancake paste, sticky, nothing like the cogulation of an egg. for example an egg can be added to boiling water and coagulate, this would never do that, this would turn into a mash potato texture.
problem is all the fiber. real eggs have zero fiber, mostly protein.
we need a recipe or process for removing only the fiber and isolating the protein. otherwise buying an isolated protein fiber would be very expensive defeat the whole purpose of making it ourself, no money saved.

Just egg is between 6 and 8 dollars and makes only FOUR servings 😮!! ridiculous. So thank you!!
Can you imagine if carnivores shape their meat to look like plants and create elaborate recipes to make their meat taste like vegetables? LOL
Love this recipe! TIP: If you're making an omelette using a stainless steel pan. Before flipping, drizzle a bit of water around the edge of the omelette and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes. The steam will help release the 'egg' from the pan. I also use a stainless steel spatula to help get a clean scrape around the edges before flipping.
I’m learning how to do cooking instruction videos from you. Thanks so much for being a good example!
Where's the "link down below" for the recipe???
Well, not that you're going to see this comment, but I think this mixture might do better if the mung beans get soaked twice to get as much of the starches out, then adding a little more liquid so that when it hits the hot pan, you can use the moisture evaporation to make it more…. well like justegg. Justegg is expensive because they use mung bean protein isolate, plus binders.
Or! . . . You could just buy eggs
the world is your oyster and mung been is your egg

I tried this severa time now😢 and I don't know why but my scramble eggs can only be scrambled after they are cold. They have a gooey consistency when I cooked them 😢 any idea why? I use the same ingredients as you do.
Glad I found this channel! Inspo! Thank you for the plant based love!
I can’t find the recipe- where can I get it?
Is it possible to make cakes with it for example or sweet things?
But then you shouldn't add salt and garlic – am I right?
I just made a double batch of this recipe and it is so good! So glad I don’t have to buy super expensive, super processed with preservatives just egg anymore! Thank you!
Could you use corn starch instead of tapioca?
Can you substitute tapioca for corn flour?
Can I substitute almond milk for soy milk?
Merci pour la vidéo.
Happy birthday 🎉
how do you think is cruelty to an animal when it is a natural thing for the chicken to give eggs you're not hurting anybody so good over your plateau
looks like throw up
Bien envy, in my opinion, is just a waste of time.
I just made this and it turned out red when I did an 8inch omlette in a pan. Why would it look yellow pouring in and turn red when cooked??
Still tastes good but mine was pretty thick…I'm thinking less baking powder when I make it next time..also am thinking of trying oat milk powder + water to hopefully keep costs down. Plant milk is pretty expensive and I never use it all before going bad.
how about including amounts in your so-called recipie?
Worthless-no measurements on ANY of the ingredients?
Can you use moong dah or chick pea flour vs dried beans? Wondering if you could make your own just egg bottle and freeze in batches? I have frozen Just egg liquid and it freezes well. Would think you could do with a homemade mix too?
Just eat real eggs girl!
Eggs are a super food

Has anyone frozen this? Either as a fold like JustEgg does or as a liquid?
This looks great and you look adorable!
I have green mung beans.I guess I'll just have to make green eggs and vegan ham with it🙂
I don’t use any type of oil in anything. What can I replace oil with?
I just made that recipe using split yellow lentils (I read it was the same) and it turned red when it cooked. Any idea why?
Completely unrelated, you hair and dress color combined are a gorgeous duo. You look amazing!
I’m looking for an alternative to Just Egg because I can’t do the prices anymore.
I never understood people's obsession with hen's period-excreted ovaries😰
