Tips: Put the butter in the freezer for a little bit to make grating it easier and safer, wear a glove so first you don’t have buttery hands and, 2 if you’re hand slipped you have a little protection, but not that much. It requires a little arm strength to grate the butter so get your self a strong person if you’re weak like me. If the butter starts softening, stick it back the the freezer. Also please don’t use glass as a cookie cutter, I just used the lid of my tumbler.

  2. Hmmm… those potatoes from the microwave looked really rubbery when mashed. Normally, they should smash really easily and flaky after being boiled. 🤔
