When using this much garlic , separate your cloves & put them in 2 metal mixing bowls , no plastic or glass bowls, put them in the smaller of the 2 bowls & clamp together with your hands top & bottom making somewhat of a dome & shake vigorously for 2 minutes & all the skins will come off & cloves are peeled , works every time & then crush, dice , slice , etc…your garlic cloves
