I made Orange Chicken with Soy Curls last weekend (after finally finding soy curls on Amazon) and it was DELICIOUS! The only thing I decided to do differently was double the sauce. OH, and I had orange juice but no orange, so I didn't add zest. Still, AMAZING! Thank you Edgy Veg

Could you please develop a yummy "meatloaf" recipe using lentils or such? My husband so loves the Amy's meatloaf, and I tried recreating it but failed, plus it's too expensive for us as we care for many rescue animals. It would be awesome to have a homemade version. For my sloppy joes I use half lentils, half small diced mushrooms. Fantastic flavor and texture.

Finding soy curls where I live in the UK was a mission! Stupid long delivery time from the states 😫 managed to find soy chunks, no idea if this makes any difference but used for the orange chicken and it was amazing!!! Can't wait to try the proper recipe once my little package of squishy finally arrives! Can't wait to get the book! Again not out in the UK till Nov! 🙁 It's like waiting on santa…
