Madam with you I learned something today. I did Chapattis to serve with Lamb bhuna and they were so delicious. Here we don't have ghee oil but I brushed a tiny bit of real melted butter. Greetings from Finland and thank you for your knowledge in sharing it with us. God bless you.

• 55 gr wholewheat flour
• pinch of salt
• 60 ml + 1 tbs lukewarm water
• 1/4 ts oil
• 1 ts ghee or clarified butter

Don’t get me started on the way u used the spatula/wand to puff up the roti like magic! No such thing as magic…just skill and practice!
