I love you! I miss the videos of poorly translated recipes, I miss that so much… Anyhoo: my main concern with the recipe is the doneness of the onions. Onion rings are best, when the onions are almost jelly-like. If I cook my stuffed onion rings that long, what will happen? I saw that yours were under-cooked, by my standards…
