  1. I know I’m super late, but I had recently tried the Earth Island cheddar slices, and was very impressed. ❤️ Definitely one of the better vegan cheeses I’ve had so far.

  2. If the meat and dairy industry has you accustomed to eating that stuff since childhood it's going to be extremely hard for you to switch. I grew up in poverty and we never got to have that stuff a lot and had to eat a large variety of different foods and flavours. Thank god because I'm so open to different flavours and textures now. I think I have a mature palette !

  3. There are some vegan cheeses I love and some I don't like. I used to eat dairy and there are also real cheeses that I don't like the taste or texture of and real cheeses that I did like the taste of. Whether it's vegan or dairy cheese some are going to be bad and some are going to be good… It's all trial and error

  4. i don't understand the difference between the second one and the last one. they're by the same brand and in the same flavor, but y'all loved one and despised the other. why would the sliced be so drastically different from the block? i'm confused lol

  5. Daiya gouda is good-a. Kite Hill is good, but expensive and not slicey. Chao is good but not perfect. Overall vegan cheese hasn't progressed as much as vegan meat substitutes.
