  1. Delicious as usual Manjula.. next time i make this I will mix the cornstarch with a bit of water before adding as it formed little white lumps. But it was superb. I substituted curry patha for the bay leaves as I didn't have that. My husband says he likes to look at you in the kitchen.. you remind him of his dear aunt. Good job Manula.

  3. hi i would suggest that you take hybrid tomatoes…. they are not too sour, n this way u can omit the sugar…. hybrid tomatoes are oblong and would appear more red… hope this helps…
