  2. It sucks that because of health reasons, I have to avoid carbs. The bun is an integral part of a great burger, but can’t eat. I would love to see a chef of your caliber create a low carb (keto) bun. That is one of the holy grail of keto cooking, no one has succeeded at that yet.

  5. Oh man these look amazing!

    I love lightly pickling jalapenos for burger or nacho recipes.

    When i do it, i use half brown sugar and half white, and mix in some fresno peppers and shallots. I also do a big batch, and jar what i dont use.

    They're so addictive – you can eat them right out the jar!
