This recipe is totally awesome & wow those cookies look to die for! Sadly, I'm allergic to chickpeas, so I can't have aquafaba 🙁 It's all the rage in vegan baking nowadays, but I'll have to find a replacement 🙁 Maybe the "bean water" from a can of white/cannellini beans could replace it…
