This recipe sounds good. Is it the sugar in the marinade that caused the chicken skin to burn? Is there a way to avoid that?
I would remove the sugar to let the chicken burn far less than that. And adding sweetness with a dip sauce for serving. Just saying…

For a chicken breast that thick there’s no way you only cooked it 15 minutes probably closer to 23-25
