  1. Hard to believe Thanksgiving is next month. Already trying to figure out something special for the holiday. Thank you for posting this video, it is very helpful. I was wondering if you have ever smoked a whole duck? We have tried the orange a l'orange glaze. We did not care for it. I was wondering if you have any recipes and different glazes that you would recommend. I was thinking of a cherry glaze, but curious your thoughts. Thank you for all your videos.

  2. What do you think about 'grazing tables, grazing boards'? We don't celebrate Thanksgiving bc we're not Americans, though I really love the idea of being grateful and give thanks for everything we have (and what we don't, I believe that's also a blessing… ) but I'd use some of these ideas for a pre Christmas dinner with family. So I like grazing tables, they look pretty and aesthetic, but also it bothers me the waste of food, if you know what I mean…Thanks Billy 🙏

  3. So glad I saw this video while searching for tips on brining a turkey. Love your videos and I can't wait to check out your brined turkey recipe (Don't have a smoker so I'll be roasting mine).
