Looks wonderful with these spices, but I'm confused. It's labelled as a "corn Bread" and there was no corn meal or flour? In the US, cornbread has meal or flour. We would call this a potato cake or possibly a potato flat bread. This having no gluten (flour) means a tortilla press would work well. I'm gonna have to add this to my 4 yo GDs baking projects with Nana. She loves using the tortilla press for coconut flat breads or corn tortillas.
