Hello Manjula ji
Just a little question, could I bypass the sugar in this recipe as my aunt has diabetes ๐
Thank you
very nice! I made this for guests yesterday and everybody loved it. I cooked the aubergines a bit longer as I like them mushier. With the recipe, I found it hard to understand when which spices went into the pot at which time (I just threw everything dry in the blender together), but it turned out very well ๐
Tasty curry!! Husband likes ๐๐ป
I made this yesterday, it was one of the nicest curries Iโve ever made, if not the nicest. Thank you Manjula. X
Manjulaji, thank for a great recipe! What if I use Thai tamarind paste/concentrate? How much of it do I need?
Easy recipe! My friend shared this link – she is visiting me tomorrow so let me prepare this for her โค๏ธ
Thank you so much. Looks delicious.
Awesome recipe!๐

What do you serve this with? Thank you!

Thank you for the recipe. I just bought 10 little eggplants, and was looking for a good recipe. I am going to make it your way right away!
I made it and it came really really nice.
Delicious! Couldnโt find coconut powder so just used unsweetened coconut.
I have been following you since 2007 when I was living in the San Diego area. The first recipe I copied from you was the Samosa ๐
Very straightforward and easy to follow, not to mention delicious!!
Can't it to try this recipe! Thanks you for sharing this, Manjula
