  1. I am doing EXACTLY as you recommend… but despite having the same ingredients and following the instructions to the T, when rolling the dough, it becomes so thin that the butter starts to spill all over the place… and when baking them all the butter spills out of the croissants… they look like a hot mess but still taste good…
    What can I change? I have tried this recipe 4 times already and every time it's the same thing…😢
    Any tips???
