  1. Watched and tried your country bread recipe. It was completely against all my previous knowledge as a bread cook and pizzeria owner. Oh. My. Gosh. Delish. You have changed my life, brother. I love your recipes. And your comment about not being a great chef, but that you love cooking from scratch? True. I get told often that I’m gourmet and my answer is always no. I just cook from scratch. My most beat up cookbook is a 1989 edition of Better Crocker. Just do it and the science kicks in. Now I’m following you and my cooking is better than ever. Thank you for sharing your education and talent with us. I take seriously that I’m now a Comie.

  2. Couple months ago, I accidentally found you on YouTube while I was looking for how to bake Bread at home. Since then, you’re right! “It’s a time labor of love” I love baking bread very much, even everyone in my family doesn’t love it! Lol 😂 Right now, I’m slowly learning how to cook foods from you.   4. I thought of a another series you might want to do and I'd like to see and know more about. Spices fresh and dried! I see a ton of them at my local spice shop, but don't know when and how to use them. Example "Marjoram"???
