  1. Umm….Did the egg white deflate or you spread the batter too thin? Maybe next time, try making them in a ring mold to help keep the shape. They came out looking more like regular pancakes than the Japanese ones

  2. Hmm… why the pancake look so big and rough when he flipped it yet completely flat when it was done. That’s not ‘fluffy’ Japanese pancakes… there’s smth shady going on with Tasty’s Japanese pancakes, How To Cook That did a video on this. I love tasty but sometimes they do do fakes and just damages their credibility
