Loved your attempt at black pudding! Before I stopped eating meat at the age of fifty, black pudding used to be my favourite component of a full English. I would suggest something based on a vegetarian haggis may work? Having eaten both when I used to eat meat they have similar spices. Haven't attempted it myself yet as I don't have the cooking skills. Also a coeliac which complicates everything!
Huge FAIL. a Full English breakfast by tradition requires MEAT!! Real sausage, Real Bacon, from pigs.
You can't have Vegan sausage or Vegan bacon, if its NOT made from pigs its NOT bacon or sausage!!

Before I was vegan and ignorant and brainwashed about life, I ate " black pudding" in Birmingham, and I assure you, you are not missing anything 😉
Not every full English has black pudding also it tends to be regional, and as its made from pigs blood many don't eat it.
It's usually got regular toast as well as bread fried in a lot of butter until crispy.
