I made these waffles yesterday and they are delicious! I ordered the sprinkles from Amazon prior and actually already had all the other ingredients at home. The one mistake I made was doubling the recipe. I had friends coming over for breakfast and wanted to make sure I had enough (they are former collegiate athletes with big appetites). I thought that these would be the same as Belgian waffles (light and crispy) but I was wrong. These are SUBSTANTIAL waffles. One waffle is a meal – a terrific meal
